Leggat adds two Terex AC 40/2L all terrain cranes

Leggat Plant Ltd has added two Terex AC 40/2L all terrain cranes. The first Terex AC 40/2L was delivered in August, closely followed by the second one in September. Chilean terminals opt for large cranes from TPS

Terex Port Solutions (TPS) has received two orders for large cranes from Chile. In the third quarter of 2016, a diesel-electric Terex Gottwald Model 8 mobile harbour crane in the G HMK 8410 two-rope variant has been delivered to Terminal Puerto Arica S.A.

Ormig launches new indoor elecric crane

Italian crane manufacturer Ormig has introduced a new indoor electric crane model 55/60iE. This crane is specially designed for handling work indoors and in areas with reduced space. The maximum lifting capacity is 60 tonne and it is powered by electric battery.

Terex Corporation names new President for Cranes Division

Terex Corporation announced that Steve Filipov will assume the role of President of Terex Cranes effective immediately. Filipov will also continue with his responsibilities as President of the Terex Material Handling and Port Solutions segment until completion of the announced sale of that segment to Konecranes Plc.

Ership installs Terex Gottwald mobile harbour cranes

Terex Port Solutions (TPS) has recently sustainably expanded its presence in Spain with diesel-electric Terex Gottwald mobile harbour cranes. Since December 2015, the leading maritime industry group Ership S.A. (Ership) has put three Terex Gottwald Model 6 mobile harbour cranes in the G HMK 6407 B four-rope-grab variant for professional bulk handling into operation.

TPS further strengthens business ties with?italian terminal operator

The leading Italian terminal operator, Lorenzini & C. S.r.l. (Lorenzini) will put another diesel-electric Terex Gottwald Model 7 mobile harbour crane in the G HMK 7608 two rope variant into operation mid-November. The machine is the third Terex Gottwald Model 7 crane that Lorenzini acquired in the past two years.

Raimondi Cranes appoints new south German agent

Raimondi Cranes SpA announced the appointment of Kwitek Krane GmbH (Kwitek) as the official Raimondi Cranes agent of south Germany. Founded in 1975 by Richard Kwitek Senior, Kwitek is based in Regensburg Wenzenbach, Germany, and will commence representing Raimondi Cranes as of November 1, 2016.
