DISA India has launched another ?Made in India? horizontal flaskless moulding machine, the DISA Match 24/28. The product was displayed at IFEX 2014. Other pioneering products from DISA included the DISA Core 20 FP automatic mould handling system suitable for the medium and large DISA Match machines and the Wheelabrator Saturn HD wheel. ?We at DISA India are proud to have launched this exciting product at IFEX this year. DISA Core 20 FP: The new DISA Core 20 FP is designed for foundries that need to increase their competitive edge with a flexible and fast production of high-quality cores. DISA Core 20 FP is a German innovation with Indian manufacturing costs. The benefits of the product include flexible production suitable for multi-, vertical- or horizontal parted core boxes, fast production due to a state-of-the-art control system and easy tooling change with DISA quick action clamping system, and favourable installation conditions thanks to a compact design that requires no pit, freely accessible, easy to clean features, special shooting system which requires minimal maintenance, and much more. Automatic mould handling system: This smooth and synchronised mould handling from the DISA Match moulding machine to final shakeout is essential in order to protect mould integrity throughout pouring, solidification and cooling. The hydraulically powered DISA automatic mould handling system (AMH) transports moulds from the DISA Match machine through the pouring, solidification and cooling zones before moving them to the shakeout system. The DISA AMH system synchronises perfectly with the DISA Match to protect mould integrity and maximise moulding speed. The DISA AMH consists of a variable length pouring/cooling line, including an automatic weight and jacket cleaning station.
