LeeBoy India Construction Equipment Private Limited (LeeBoy India) recently unveiled the LeeBoy 699 Backhoe Loader for the road construction and excavation segments of the industry. The machines, engineered at LeeBoy's Bangalore facility, will help companies in the infra sector enhance their operational efficiency and productivity.

The LeeBoy 699 backhoe loaders are new generation machines that embody LeeBoy's commitment to excellence in engineering and manufacturing. Equipped with systems to improve performance and productivity, these backhoe loaders are an ideal combination of concentrated power, safety and extreme user-friendliness.

The LeeBoy 699 is powered by the 99 hp Cummins engine which is fuel-efficient with a proven performance under very extreme duty cycles and tough environment conditions. This is the engine of a 14-tonne excavator and is, therefore, geared to perform under extreme duty cycles and tough environmental conditions. With power-shift transmission as a standard feature, this eliminates the gear-shift lever commonly found in the other backhoe loaders making it easy for the operator to drive the machine and frees his right-hand to operate the loader's hydraulic controls.

The hydraulic system

The variable displacement, axial piston pump provides an exceptional response to multiple hydraulic functions.
With an ergonomically designed cabin with HVAC and with front and side control panels and levers for the backhoe and loader, the LeeBoy 699 boasts of excavator-like controls and comfort with features to maximise operator efficiency by enabling the operators to expend less effort with much greater precision of movement during working.
